Nick Farquharson is the owner of Landmark Valuation Inc. and has provided professional real estate appraisal services on Prince Edward Island since 2006. Nick has practised as a generalist appraiser since he gained AACI designation in 2009. His work has included a mix of real estate consulting and real estate appraisal assignments on a wide variety of property types however his primary focus is on commercial, industrial and agricultural properties. In recent years he has completed appraisal assignments on motel operations, cottage operations, retail buildings, light industrial buildings, office buildings, various types of farms (potato, dairy, beef etc.), subdivisions, waterfront properties to name few.
Ashley Crane has been employed in the real estate appraisal industry on Prince Edward Island since 2014. Ashley completed her Bachelor’s degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland and is currently a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, about to complete her CRA designation. She has performed appraisals on both single and multiple family residences, and has a wide range of experience working on commercial, industrial and agricultural reports. Ashley has also conducted research and written reports for internal use regarding local market trends, absorption data and vacancy rates within various industries.
Blair MacKinnon has been completing assignments in many aspects of real property appraisal services for a wide spectrum of clients including the private sector and most levels of government. His primary focus has been related to the agricultural and the residential sector for about 30 years. He has valued most types of farm practices and has a strong background in all types of residential property. Blair has completed residential valuations for a variety of law firms, financial institutions and estates. He has also completed land valuation assignments under the federal government ecological gifts program, Ducks Unlimited Canada and the Nature Conservancy of Canada.
Mike McQuillan obtained a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Prince Edward Island with a major in economics. Mike has a background in accounting, and has been working as a property appraiser since 2013. He has experience valuing all residential asset types (single and multi-family properties, condominiums and land) and oversees the majority of jobs we receive through appraisal management companies.
